Concept is at the core of everything I do. My work often starts from something personal, and it unfolds through both thoughtful construction and intuition. I’m drawn to textiles and textures, especially those that feel unconventional or unpredictable.
Intuition and feeling are central to how I design. I want to respond to what the fabric wants to be. I believe the most compelling garments have life in them — something raw, honest, and a little unexpected. Through careful making and genuine experimentation, I attempt to create work that is quiet, but significant.
